Phase 1

The first three days you will have a food list to follow. This is where you get off the blood sugar roller coaster and get your appetite under control. Certain foods we eat make us hungry, so following the RIGHT foods from the list is important to help reduce your appetite.

By the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its own fat stores for energy.

There is no calorie counting in the first three days.


You must drink 2 litres of water daily. (Maximum 3 litres)


You start taking your nutritional supplements from day 1.

Phase 2

On the second phase we bring you back to basics with food following a low alkaline menu plan that helps rest your gut. This step is vital for digestion and healing of your gut.  We also rid any inflammation in the body during this step. This step speeds up a slow metabolism, improves the function of the liver and improves bowel function. This stage is essentially for weight loss but it is also the healing stage.  We allow one protein with vegetables or a salad for lunch and dinner.  We need to improve your digestion to absorb nutrients from your food.

Phase 2 goes for a total of 27 days. This stage will have you losing up to 10% of your body weight.

The final phase is designed to maintain your weight loss.  This phase keeps your hormones balanced and insulin levels under control. You will be feeling more energised and mentally alert.  

During this phase we increase the amount and variety of foods back into your diet.   This phase also represents your long term lifestyle that you can follow to keep the weight off forever.

This phase will normally last 14-21 days and is designed to teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle!

All three phases are important for success! If you are at your ideal weight, this is an excellent plan to follow to maintain your ideal weight. If you want to lose more, simply go back to Phase 1 and repeat. (Please note: Although taking supplements are not required during this phase, you may like to continue with some of the products you have become to know and love). Important: Nutritional supplements are vital for phase 1 and 2 to support your body.
